The Calendar menu is designed for users to share important events.

By default, when creating a staff, all routes and tasks are automatically recorded on it. In addition, it is possible to create events from scratch with reminders.

When opening the calendar, by default, only 'Roadmap' and 'Tasks' will come. The rest of the categorizations should be done according to the workflow.

The first step is to create the Categories. Then, a tab will appear to fill in the name of the category and the groups. When selecting a specific group, only users belonging to the selected group will be able to view the information present in that category. If you want it to be visible to everyone, it is not necessary to choose any group. After filling, click on ‘Save’.

After saving the category, it will be available in the lower left corner. It is possible to edit the name of the category and the group and it is still allowed to delete.

The next step is to create a Calendar:

When you click on this option, a window will open for you to enter the following information:

  • Name: enter the name of the calendar (required)

  • Category: enter which category the calendar belongs to (required)

  • Icon: choose an icon that represents the calendar (required) to

  • Color: choose the accent color of the calendar

After filling in all the information, click ‘Save’.

Note that the Calendar will be available on the bottom left side of the screen, just below the Category.

The next step is to create the Events. You can use the option available in the top corner OR click once on the date you want to create the event.

Upon clicking, the following form will open:

  • Name: enter the name of the event (required)

  • Calendar: choose the calendar that the event belongs to; (mandatory)

  • All day: if this option is selected, the time fields of the start / end date are hidden.

  • Start date / End date: select the start and end date of the event (mandatory). If the option "All day" is not checked, there is the possibility to enter the start and end time.

  • Repeat: set up repetitions for the event. It can be daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Record when it ends and how often it is repeated.

  • Reminder: Send reminders ranging from fifteen minutes to three days.

  • Users: select the name of the users who will be part of the event.

  • Location: enter the location of the event or location. In the example above, the address of the supermarket was inserted, since it is a merchan. It is not necessarily the location of the event, but it is the address where it is located.

  • Description: tests as event information.

After filling in all the information, click on ‘Save’ and the problematic event in the main grade.

When you click on it, the window below will appear and the options for Delete, Edit, Print and Close.

When you delete the event, it will be deleted. If it is a repeat event, the message below will appear. One must choose one of the alternatives.

  • This only: excludes only the selected day, preserving past and future events

  • From this: excludes future dates

  • All: excludes past and future dates

When you click Edit, the form will open to change the information. If it is a repeat event, the message below will appear. You must choose one of the options:

  • Just this: edit and save only the selected day, preserving past and future events

  • From this: edit and save future dates

  • All: edit and save future and past dates

When selecting the Print option, the system will generate a pdf with the selected event:

When you select Close, the event window will be closed.

In the upper left corner, it is possible to navigate between months. Through the arrows available in the calendars or through the Previous and Next options. To return to the calendar for the month, click Today.

In the upper right corner, we have the options Print, Add and Display Modes.

Print: this option allows multiple events to be printed in a single PDF file. For this, it is necessary to select the Calendar, and stipulate an initial and final period (all mandatory).

When you click on Add, the options for Category, Calendar and Events will be displayed. All explained earlier.

When selecting the Display Modes option, the options Day, week or Month will appear. In this way, it is possible to choose how to display calendar events.
