ANEWS provides cooperative work, as it has integration between software and branches, access via the web, real-time rundown, event calendar, news viewing via RSS channels, facebook and twitter, shared contact book, and other features. Resources guarantee the quality of the workflow, as it offers tools that record everything from the suggested agenda to the final exhibition of the newspaper.
In addition, users have an application for mobile devices , which allows viewing and or editing the agenda, reports, mirrors, contact list, chat. It is also possible to use the “TelePrompTer” mode, which facilitates direct consultation of the rundown on a cell phone or tablet, which saves time and avoids printing paper.
In this manual, the features of the Main, Administration and Mobile areas will be shown.
