Rundowns(mobile)
In this menu it is possible to view the mirrors created, as well as use the teleprompter mode - widely used by presenters in the studio or by reporters who will enter live.
Note: you can only view the content. It is not allowed to change any data.
When you click on Mirrors, the page will open to select the date and the program, as shown in the image below:
When loading the desired mirror, the following information will be displayed:
Program name and date;
Total rundowns time (produced + breaks);
Leftovers or time bursts in the mirror;
Blocks
Total: total block time (sum of all pages contained in that block)
Stories: Page; Stories type; boom; news reporter; image editor; editor; media; VT time; heads time (+ footnote); link; total time (sum of VT + heads + link) and Status (live or displayed);
Break time
Column with page status: green in the left corner: approved; blue OK white without content and yellow with content, but without ordeal.
Red line: indicates that the page contains a footnote
Note: there is real-time synchronization with the Anews mirror. Any changes made are automatically shown in the application.
To view the contents of a page, just click on it and the page will open with all the information contained:
The display of information on the page depends on the type and content inserted within it. Some, for example, will not contain the Roda VT field, but the Entra Imagem - Sai Imagem - belonging to the Covered Note field or the Enter link - referring to the Vivo field. Or they can also display the “Information” field. The print above represents the note of type VT.
Note 1: If there is integration with GC, it will be possible to view the credits entered, as shown in the image.
Note 2: If there is a link with MAM or playouts, when inserting a video, its name is available in the Roda VT field.
When clicking in the Teleprompter mode, a black screen will be displayed, with the main page information (boom, page, head, VT wheel or Covered Note and Foot Note). To navigate between the pages, use the <> arrows.
