Assignments (mobile)
When you click on ‘Targets’, all those available for that day will be automatically displayed.
The user also has the option to search by Date (also includes other filters) or by Period (includes other filters). Just click on the cone icon in the upper right corner of the page:
Filter by Date
When you click on this option, the system will display the window to search for an agenda by date (mandatory). You can also select the Program that was intended or use the grouping filters: Classification, Program, Reporter, Vehicle or Team (optional). Look:
Date (mandatory): the day, month and year fields must be filled
Program: lists the programs registered in the system
Group by:
Classification: if the agenda contains classifications, the filter may be applied;
Program: displays the guidelines by program, according to the start time;
Reporter: displays the guidelines by the name of the reporters, in alphabetical order;
Vehicle: displays according to the vehicle. Separates by: tv, radio, web and print
Team: displays the agendas according to the teams' schedules (morning, afternoon and night)
Note: some of the options mentioned above appear only if they have been enabled in the settings.
After selecting the search filters, click Filter to define the display of the guidelines or Clear to clear the search filters.
Filter by Period
You can also apply a more refined search in the guidelines. To do this, just click on this option. The following fields will be displayed:
Start Date / End Date: enter the period you want to search for guidelines
Filter by boom: search for boom boom (title)
Filter by Content: search for words inserted in the agenda.
Program: search the agenda according to the selected program
Tariffs: search for the name of the tariff creator (producer)
Once the filters are applied, the user will be directed to the ‘Guidelines’ screen and will be able to view their content. Note that on the left side, there is a colored column. These colors indicate the status of the staff:
To view the contents of the agenda, just select it and a window with three tabs will open (for this, the Routes and Tasks fields must have been enabled).
Content: displays all content related to the agenda that will be covered
Status: indicates which status the agenda is in;
Date: displays the date of the agenda;
Tariffs: displays the name of the tariff creator;
Reporters: displays the name of the reporter who will be responsible for covering that agenda;
Editors: displays the name of the editor responsible for reviewing the agenda
Vehicles: if selected, displays which vehicle that tariff was made for
Classification: if selected, displays the classification of the staff
Proposal: displays the central proposal of the agenda
Routing: displays the angulation / routing of the staff
Information: shows additional information that has been added by the producer.
Roadmaps: displays all interviews scheduled by the producer: date and time of the interview; contact details, telephone numbers, address and observations.
Note: by clicking on the pin icon, the location of the interview can be viewed on Google Maps.
Tasks: displays all tasks for the team that will execute the agenda.
Note: the Content and Itineraries fields cannot be edited in the application, they can only be viewed. If you want to change, you will need to log in to a computer or notebook and access the complete system.
Within the selected agenda, it is possible to see three points in the upper right corner that contain the options: Change Status and Edit Tasks.
When you click on “Change Status”, a window will appear to select the status of the agenda. After choosing one of the statuses, click OK to apply or Cancel, if you give up the action.
When clicking on "Edit Tasks", the checkbox will be released for selection and it is possible to mark the tasks as completed. Just click and "Save". If you want to give up the action, click on “Cancel”.
Consult the guidelines whenever necessary. But don't forget: it is not possible to change any information - except to change the status and finish a task.
