Managerial Charts
Use managerial charts to generate graphs that allow the user to have a wide and detailed view of the information regarding the production. It is possible to combine filters to search for work estimates. You can print or export to CSV format.
When selecting this menu, the system, by default, displays the estimate of all documents created, filtered by the period of one month (last 30 days).
Start date / End date: allows you to select a specific time period for the filters;
Origin: allows you to select a specific document - Assignment, Reportage or Story;
Search: apply the filters according to the selection;
Clear: clears the selected filters;
Print: prints the information related to the filters;
Export: exports a CSV file;
Bar / Horizontal Bar / Circle / Sankey: displays information in different graphs.
To start applying the filters, the first step is to select the period. Then, select the Source.
Assignments
When selecting the 'Assignments' source, it is mandatory to select the type of grouping. Depending on the selected one, the filter combination changes. In the example below, all fields on the form were enabled. If the broadcaster does not use the editorial field and is disabled, for example, this option will not appear in the list.
When selecting the Drawer / Standby option, the filters that may be available are Program, Producer, State, Classifications, Editor, Editorials, Reporter and Vehicle.
When selecting the Program option, the filters that may be available are, Producer, State, Classification, Editor, Editoral, Reporter and Vehicle.
When selecting the State option, the filters that may be available are Program, Schedule, Classification, Editor, Editoria, Reporter and Vehicle.
In the Produces option, the filters that may be available are Program, State, Classification, Editor, Editoria, Reporter and Vehicle.
In the Reporter option, the filters that may be available are Program, Tariff, Status, Classification, Editor, Publishing and Vehicle.
In the Editors option, the filters that may be available are Program, Schedule. State, Classification, Publishing and Vehicle.
In the Vehicle option, the filters that may be available are Program, Tariff, Status, Classification and Publishing.
In the Editorials option, the filters that may be available are Program, Schedule, Status, Classification, Editor and Vehicle.
When selecting the Classifications option, the filters that may be available are Program, Tariff, State, Editor, Editorials, Reporter and Vehicle.
Program: select the program and see how many guidelines were created for each program;
Producer: select the name of the producer and find out how many tariffs were created by him during the period;
Status: these are the statuses selected in the guidelines - Completed, Producing, Ready and Falling;
Classifications: indicates the classifications (registered by users, according to the workflow);
Editor: select the name of the editor who will be responsible for reviewing the agenda;
Editorials: indicates the editorials (registered by users, according to the workflow);
Reporter: select the reporter's name;
Vehicle: select the vehicle (TV, Radio, Web or Print).
By clicking on the arrow, the options to choose according to the entries made in the system will be displayed.

REPORTAGE

When selecting the Program option, the filters that may be available are Editor, Image editor and Type.
When selecting the Type option, the filters that may be available are Program, Editor and Image editor.
When selecting the Editors option, the filters that may be available are Program, Image editor and Type.
Program: select the program and see how many pages were created for the selected program;
Editor: select the name of the editor who created / revised / modified the pages;
Image editor: select the name of the editor responsible for editing the VT that is available in the mirror grid;
Type: select the type of page you want to see (VT, live, note, etc).

PRINT AND EXPORT
