Teams Schedule

This menu allows you to register, consult, edit, delete and print Teams Schedule. We will be starting with how to manage the teams.

CREATING A NEW TEAM

To create a team, just click on the ‘New’ option, located in the upper right corner.

The form below will open:

  • Time: enter the team's entry time;

  • Name: enter the name of the team (mandatory item);

  • Members: add members*.

  • Resources: Select the resources that will be used by the team**.

  • Fixed for every day: when selecting this option, the team will be fixed, that is, it will be replicated for all available dates. If the option is not checked, the team will be created only for the selected date.

Note 1: Members must have been previously registered in the administrative area.

Note 2: For the list of resources to appear, it is necessary that they have been previously registered in https://softwarenews.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AP/pages/1889566727.

After filling in the team information, click ‘Save’. All the created teams will be displayed in the main grid, as shown in the image below:

  • Time: displays the team's start time;

  • Name: shows the team name;

  • Members: displays the names of the team members;

  • Resources: displays the resources that will be held by the team;

  • Actions: teams can be edited and deleted at any time.

The pin icon displayed in the left corner indicates that the team is fixed, which means, the same team has been replicated for all available dates.

To consult teams schedule created, simply select the day you want to see the schedule in the “Date” field. The system displays the result of the query according to the selected date.

To edit team schedule, it is necessary to click on the “Edit” option. The form will open to change the information.

After editing, if the team is fixed and has already been used in the Assignments or in https://softwarenews.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AP/pages/1889566727, when clicking on 'Save', the system will present the screen below. You need to select how you want to apply the changes.

  • For all dates: when selecting this option, the change will be made on all dates when the team was replicated (past and future dates);

  • For the (selected) day onwards: in this scenario, the scale change will be made from the date selected onwards, without changing previous dates;

  • Only for the (selected) day: in this case, the change is made only on the selected day. Future and previous dates remain unchanged.

To delete created teams, just click on the ‘Delete’ option. A confirmation message will appear “Are you sure?” - click ‘Yes’ if you want to delete and ‘No’ if you want to give up the action.

 

The team can only be deleted if it is not linked to any production assignment / production. Otherwise, the following message will appear:

 

To print a team’s schedule, just click on “Print” (located in the upper right corner). The system will generate a PDF, showing the team grid by time (according to the selected date).
