Accessing Anews

ANEWS allows access in three ways: via browser; via application installed on the computer or mobile / tablet application * (check availability at the broadcaster).

When opening the software, you will be asked for the email and password, as can be seen in the image below.

FIRST ACCESS

If this is your first access, click on the “First Access” option

Then, enter your email, enter a password and confirm in the field below. Click on "Enter" and you will be logged into the system.

Generally, the login is the institutional email address (previously registered by the system administrator).

If you want to change the password, it is possible to “My data” (see more information in this section)

Check the option “Remember e-mail”, so that the e-mail is saved and it is not necessary to type again.

Access to ANEWS is available according to the license agreement. If you are unable to log in, there may have been two situations:

1- The limit of simultaneous accesses has been reached - this is because there are many people using the system, which makes it possible to reach the limit of simultaneous accesses. Therefore, the system will display a message stating that it will not be possible to login. In this context, it is important to note that access is different from the number of users. The system allows the registration of multiple users, but access is restricted to the number determined in the contract.

2 - License has expired - in this case, it is necessary that the license is renewed. Generally, users are notified in advance before the license expires. And, when it gets close to the deadline, the IT team must notify Snews support in order for the license to be renewed.
