Trash

It is in the "Trash" menu that it is possible to consult the documents that have been deleted. On clicking, the submenus will expand with the following options: "Assignments", "Productions", "News Reports", "Stories" and "Reports". As shown in the image below.

 

 

Despite being different documents, they all behave in the same way - it is possible to Restore or View.

In the “Assignments” option, all excluded assignments are listed.

  • Date: displays the date the agenda was created;

  • Slug: shows the staff title;

  • Program: displays the name of the program for which the assignment was intended (if none has been selected, “General Drawer 'will appear);

  • Deleted by: shows the name of the user who deleted plus the date and time the document was sent to the trash.


In the “Productions” option, all productions that were excluded are listed.

  • Departure: displays the departure time of the team that would be responsible for production;

  • Slug: shows the title of the production;

  • Producers: displays the name (s) of the producer (s) responsible for production;

  • Deleted by: shows the name of the user who deleted it plus the date and time the document was sent to the trash.


In the “Reports” option, all reports that were excluded are listed.

  • Date: displays the date the report was created;

  • Slug: shows the title of the report;

  • Reporter: displays the name of the reporter who produced the report;

  • Program: displays the name of the program for which the report was intended (if none has been selected, “General Drawer” will appear.);

  • Deleted by: shows the name of the user who deleted it plus the date and time the document was sent to the trash.


In the “Stories” option, all pages that have been excluded are listed.

  • Date: displays the date the report was created;

  • Slug: shows the title of the page;

  • Program: displays the name of the program that the page was created;

  • Deleted by: shows the name of the user who deleted it plus the date and time the document was sent to the trash.


In the “Reports” option, all reports that have been deleted are listed.

  • Date: displays the date the report was created;

  • Headline: shows the report title;

  • Origin: displays which document the report was associated with (guidelines, productions, reports or reports);

  • Event: shows the event of the report;

  • Program: displays the name of the program that the document was destined to;

  • Last change: name of the user who last edited the document.


Note that in all documents there are two actions that can be taken: Restore or View.


Restore

Allows you to recover a document that has been deleted. In this case, a modal will open to select the date and the program to be restored. After filling in the two (mandatory) fields, click on 'Restore' to recover. If you give up the action, click 'Cancel'

View

When you click on ‘View’, the information contained in the document will be displayed in the right corner (as shown in the image).

Note: all documents remain in the system for a period determined by the system administrator (maximum is 30 days)
