Global Search

In the ‘General Search’ menu, it is possible to search all the articles, reports and pages that are registered in the system. It is possible to filter the search through the fields "Start and end date", "Retranca", "Content", "Origin" "Type", "User" and "Program". One of the fields can be selected, several or none. The search will display results according to the requested data, or all possible results, if no field has been filled out.

Note: The search does not show results for documents that have been deleted.

  • Start / End Date: in this option, it is possible to select the search period;

  • Slug: displays the headline, document title;

  • Content: it is possible to search for a document content. In this scenario, you can choose the following options:

Approximation: the search will show results that have approximate terms with the one (s) informed. They are considered masculine, feminine, singular, plural, diminutive, augmentative and similar word sequence.

It must contain all the terms: the search will bring up all the results that have all the terms informed in their texts, regardless of the order they were inserted.

Must contain the phrase: the search will display only the results that have the phrase, in exactly the order in which the terms were entered

Must contain any of the terms: the search will bring up any result that contains at least one of the terms reported

 

  • Origin: you can choose which document you want to filter specifically - agenda, report or story;

  • Type: allows you to select the type of document (VT, Note, Live (Link), etc.);

  • User: you can choose the name of the user who created the document;

  • Program: filters documents by specific programs.

When selecting a document, the following options will appear:

Clicking on 'View', opens the document open on the right side, with its information. As in the example below.

When selecting the 'Print' option, three printing options will appear:

  • Grid: generates a PDF with all the search results (displayed in grid mode)

  • 1 column: generates a PDF of the selected document with flowing text

  • 2 columns: generates a PDF of the selected document with the text divided into two columns (left side technical information and right side inserted information)

The last option is “Send to Rundown”. It is required to select the ‘Date 'and‘ Program ’. When clicking on 'Create', the document will be sent to the standby of the selected rundown.
