Upon entering the system, it is possible to view the ANEWS ARION layout. In the upper right corner, there are five menu options:
·Notices - trigger messages for all users of the system;
· Preview - widely used for consultation, as it allows the Rundown to be viewed with all its content. In this menu it is not possible to change any information;
· Main - contains the entire workflow, ranging from the search for external news to the completion of the rundown, with additional resources;
· Administration - area destined for entries, configurations and integrations of the system;
· Personal data / Chat history and Exit - allows changing personal data, viewing chat conversations and where it is possible to log out of the system.
The Preview, Main and Personal Data options can be made available to all users and will be explained in this manual. “Administration” is restricted to some users, so it may not be available on the system. The functionalities of this area will be explained in the ADMINISTRATION manual.
SYSTEM
In this section, the “Main” tab will be presented. To use the system, it is not necessary to be connected to the internet, except for some areas and they will be indicated throughout this manual.
It will be in this area that the software will be used predominantly, considering that it is in this option that the newsroom features provided by ANEWS ARION are listed.
